In our Bowspring practice we curl our toes softly, doming the top of the foot. We flex, or hollow our ankle. We dig the paw of the foot forward and down and balance that action with a drag of the heel back and up. This "dig-drag" action of the feet activates all sides of the feet, legs, and hips.
