This week we'll focus on aligning and strengthening our arms. From our full ribcage we'll spread our arms wide, forward, and up. We'll lift our arms to the sky as we root down through our legs.

"Let stability be the source
Of your lightness;" from Tao Te Ching: A New Version for All Seekers by Guy Leekley Practicing the Bowspring we become lighter, more buoyant. We do this by keeping our ribcage full, but also by building strength in our lower body. This week we'll build more strength in our feet, legs, and hips. We'll ground ourselves as we lift up and move lightly. Build stability in your legs this week. Drop-ins are $12. Photo by Pablo Guerrero on Unsplash "A bowl is created by the molding of clay.
It's usefulness, however, Depends on the emptiness inside." from Tao Te Ching: A New Version for All Seekers by Guy Leekley We move into alignment by creating space -- more space in the ribcage, more space in the hips, and more space between the hips and the ribcage. Come experience how we do this... A new 9-week session begins this week. Join us!
