In our Bowspring practice we take the hips back and wide and we mound the glutes up and in toward the sacrum. We engage the back side of our hips and legs as well as the front side keeping the belly long and open.
Aligning our hips allows us to move freely and works to prevent and alleviate pain. Join us this week in class!
