Connecting the Wings Into the Heart - Weekly Theme

It is from the heart in the center of the ribcage that we spread our wings (our shoulders, arms, and hands). And we integrate our wings back into the heart from our fingertips.

We softly curl our fingers and hollow the center of the palm as we squeeze the 2 sides of the wrist toward each other, hollowing the center of the wrist. These actions in the hand create an even tone all the way up through the arms and shoulders, connecting our "wings" back into the heart.
