Curl your fingers, hollow your wrists - Weekly Theme

In our Bowspring practice we softly curl our fingers as we hollow the center of our palms. We then squeeze the 2 sides of the wrist toward each other, hollowing the center of the wrist.

This hollowing of the wrist by drawing the mound of the thumb and the mound of the little finger in and down creates a uniform tone on all sides of the arms and shoulders. From the hands we integrate the arms and shoulders into the ribcage.

Here we are with Globe Hands, curling our fingers, hollowing the center of our palms, and hollowing the center of our wrists.
