In our Bowspring practice, from the heart, from the inside, we expand the ribcage evenly on all sides. This widens and opens our shoulders, arms, and legs, what we refer to as our "wings." Then, from the inside out, we open our wings wide, forward, and up. We open our wings from the heart.
